Off-Leash Rink Area – News Flash!!
We’re excited to share some important reminders regarding our amazing park space.
We are thrilled to see our community coming together this Spring to enjoy our beautiful park space, including the rink area, which has been graciously opened for dog lovers to enjoy with their furry companions.
We want to remind everyone that this privilege comes with the responsibility of respecting the needs of all park users. As part of our commitment to ensuring fair access to the space, we want to highlight a few important points:
A Privilege of Cooperation: Using the rink as a dog park is indeed a privilege, and it’s crucial that we all cooperate and respect each other’s enjoyment of the area.
School Hours Priority: From 8:00AM to 3:00PM, our local school has priority use of the rink. We kindly ask that during these hoursm our furry friends and their owners find alternative spots to play and explore.
Parking Reminder: Parking during school hours is limited to the spaces directly in front of the hall. Let’s ensure the safety of our children by adhering to this arrangement.
On-leash outside the rink: Please make sure your furry friends are leashed when approaching the rink so surprises are kept to a minimum.
Respect for School Staff: If approached by school staff during their operational hours, we kindly request that you follow their directions without hesitation. Your cooperation ensures a harmonious environment for all.
Let’s all work together to maintain the integrity of this wonderful program. It only takes a few instances of misconduct to jeopardize this opportunity for our entire community of dog lovers. Let’s continue to make our park a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone to enjoy! T
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
