City Council Decision – Rezoning Bylaw 21266

City Council has approved Rezoning Bylaw 21266 to build a 25-storey podium-style high rise at 11630 87 Ave.

We know this application has been important to many in our community, and that residents hold a range of perspectives. Thank you to all who took the time to stay informed, attend meetings, and share your views with our Ward Councillor and City Council.

The Windsor Park Community League participated in the process and brought forward feedback we heard from residents, including concerns about scale, transition to neighbouring homes, and the pace of change in our area.

As this project moves ahead, we remain committed to working with the City and the developer to support thoughtful development and positive outcomes for Windsor Park.

Windsor Park continues to evolve, and we are grateful for the care and engagement our community brings to these conversations.
