A beautiful way to spend Mother’s Day weekend

Goodness! What a lovely afternoon at the Windsor Park Community Hall today

We had 20 people join us for a floral arranging workshop with The Social Florist, and by the end of it there were 20 beautiful arrangements heading home ready for Mother’s Day tomorrow!

People came along with their mums, brought their kids, came with friends, or just came for a nice afternoon out. It was such a warm, relaxed atmosphere and really nice to see people gathering together from all over.

A big thank you as always to Square One Coffee for the support, to the Community League for putting on snacks and drinks for everyone and to those who stayed behind to help clear up.

Nothing better than seeing our community hall being used for things that bring people together like this. If you’ve got an idea for something you’d like to see happen in the space, get in touch – we’re always looking for new ideas and good excuses to do something close to home.
