Looking to organize an event, meeting or social gathering? Look no further! Our Community Hall is a well-maintained facility featuring s a spacious carpeted room with tall ceilings, lots of natural light and a small (non-commercial) kitchen. The hall can accommodate a wide variety of gatherings and seats up to 50 people (100 standing). Our single event rental rates are competitive and special rates apply for Windsor Park residents. It is our community hall, so let’s use it! Check hall availability below before contacting the Hall Manager to book.

- ALL renters must show proof of residency e.g. drivers’ license or other official documentation.
- The hall is not available for rent on weekday mornings (preschool hours).
- Rental fee AND damage deposit fee must be paid in full in advance.
- ALL renters must show proof of adequate event insurance (easy to apply for online).
- Damage deposits and rental fees may ONLY be paid by Credit and Debit card. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
- Half Day refers to BLOCK #1 (anytime between 8:00AM to 4:00PM or BLOCK #2 (anytime between 4:00PM to 1:00AM).
- Full Day refers to any BLOCK that starts prior to 4:00PM and ends after 4:00PM. The hall manager may alter these hours at their discretion.
- Included with rental on request: Bluetooth sound system, 8 x 8ft tables and 50 chairs.
