
Looking to organize a meeting, celebration, or social gathering? Look no further! The Windsor Park Community Hall is a well-maintained, versatile space perfect for a wide range of events. The hall features: a bright, spacious, carpeted room with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light; a small, non-commercial kitchen (ideal for light food prep and serving) and seating for up to 50 people (or up to 100 for standing-room events)
Our rental rates are competitive, and special discounts are available for Windsor Park residents. Whether you’re hosting a community group, birthday party, workshop, or informal meeting — this is your hall! - Windsor Park Community League Members (with proof) receive a 15% discount on all rental rates.
- Damage deposits and rental fees must be paid in full in advance to confirm the booking. These can be paid by Debit, Credit Card (MC or VISA) or e-transfer. Cash or cheques are NOT accepted.
- Rentals are confirmed once the renter has:
- Filled, signed and returned the Rental Agreement.
- Paid the Rental Fee and the Damage Deposit in full.
- Provided a valid certificate of event insurance (naming both the Windsor Park Community League and the City of Edmonton as additionally insured parties)
- Provided a valid liquor license (if applicable) from the AGLC
- Included with rental on request: Bluetooth sound system, 8 x 8ft tables and 50 chairs.
