Feedback Deadline September 29 – Windsor Park Shopping Centre Rezoning
The City of Edmonton is soliciting feedback by Sunday, September 29 on the application to rezone the neighbourhood shopping strip for a 25-storey building. The feedback is considered in the review of the application.

The tower would consist of residential units rising above a podium with commercial units. The existing east-west alley behind the shopping centre would be closed and a 4-storey mixed-use (commercial and residential) building would be built on the alley and the 2 properties north of the alley. This building would be attached to the podium. A new alley would be created along the north side of the 4-storey building. I submitted an email regarding the Windsor Park Shopping Centre Rezoning. I copied developments@windsor-park.ca as instructed, but the email bounced back stating that I did not have permission to post to that group. Just wanted to let you know.
